Phase I - Complete
- Restoration of the Cast-Iron Windows
- Installation of LifeLight by artist Robert Wogan

Phase II - Complete
- Enhanced Accessibility
- Installation of Full Service Elevator
- Relocation of main staircase
- Upgrade of restrooms

Phase III - August 2008 to May 2009
- Upgrade all mechanicals including HVAC and electrical
- Restoration of ornamental plaster ceilings
- Expansion of the Research Library, gallery spaces and meeting facilities

County Funds: $2 Million

Public Support: $2.7 Million raised to date
